One of my favorite toppings for a smoothie bowl or together with some coconut yogurt. This apple cinnamon granola is a must try! It’s delicious and crunchy, yet chewy. It’s very easy to make and your kitchen will smell like a dream when it’s roasting in the oven!


Ingredients:

2.5 cup oats
1 cup almond flour
6 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1/2 cup apple sauce (organic, unsweetened)
1/2 cup peeled hazelnuts, chopped
1/2 cup coconut flakes
60 g dried apple slices, chopped
3.5 tbsp ceylon cinnamon
3/4 tbsp cardamom

Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine oats, almond flour, ceylon cinnamon and cardamom. Then add in the rest of the ingredients and stir until well combined.
2. Spread out on an oven tray with a baking sheet and toast in the oven on 150°C for 15 minutes. Keep an eye on it so it won’t burn.
3. When out of the oven, let it rest for 15 minutes. Store in an airtight glass container up to a week.
