The easiest way to make dairy-free ice cream is to use frozen banans as a base. It’s healthy, makes a creamy texture and you can easily add any other flavors that you prefer. I love to make my banana ice-cream with peanut butter and chocolate swirl. Salty meets sweet.


Ingredients ice-cream:
4 frozen bananas
2 tbsp of peanut butter
1/3 cup of plant milk of your choice. I prefer oat milk.

Toppings:
Crushed peanuts
Cacao nibs

Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients for the ice-cream into a food processor or high speed blender and blend into smooth and creamy texture.
2. Add ice-cream mixture into a baking dish and fold in 1/2 cup of the chocolate swirl sauce with a wooden spoon. Flatten the mixture and drizzle more of the sauce on top. Also top with some crushed salty peanuts and cacao nibs. Freeze for at least 30 minutes before serving.
