If you are craving something sweet these balls are perfect. They are also good as a little snack in the afternoon or as a little dessert! They taste like chocolate and have a chewy texture. They only take a few minutes to make and they are made of ingredients that I usually always have in my kitchen.
1 cup rolled oats
6 dates, pitted
2 tbsp cacao
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp oat milk
2 tsp coffee, brewed
1 tsp coconut oil
1. Add the oats to a food processor and blend until it becomes a flour.
2. Add in the rest of the ingredients and blend until you have a dough.
3. Roll the dough into small balls, then roll the balls in desiccated coconut.
4. Let set in the fridge for 30 min. Enjoy!
