If you are looking for a healthier version of Nutella, this is it! Made of only a few simple ingredients and it’s absolutely delicious. A great option for any chocolate lover. Spread on toast, waffles, ice cream or why not eat a spoon of it just as it is hehe!


Ingredients:
1 cup hazelnuts
6 dates, pitted
1 tbsp cacao powder
1.5 tbsp oat milk

It does work to use hazelnuts that are already roasted and without skins.

Instructions:

1. Roast hazelnuts in the oven for 15 minutes on 150°C on a tray with a baking sheet. After, remove the skins by rubbing the nuts in a towel.
2. Blend the hazelnuts to a butter in a food processor. First, it will look like a hazelnut flour. You will need to stop the machine a couple of times to scrape down nuts from the sides and continue to blend. Soon it will become a butter.
3. Add in the rest of the ingredients and blend until you have a creamy chocolate spread.
