This banana ice cream or “nice-cream”, has only three ingredients. It’s creamy, sweet, filling and healthy. It’s perfect if you are craving something sweet or as something refreshing on a hot day. How beautiful is this color! The best thing is that it’s completely natural. Top the bowl with fresh berries, fruits, granola or nuts!


Ingredients:
1 bowl
3 frozen bananas
1/3 cup oat milk
1 tsp blue spirulina powder

Toppings:
1/2 cup mango
Handful of fresh blueberries
1 passionfruit
1 tbsp toasted hazelnuts
1 tsp quinoa puffs

Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients for the ice-cream into a food processor or a high speed blender and blend. You might need to stop the blender a few times to stir the ice-cream with a spoon and scrape it down from the sides. Eventually you will get a creamy banana ice-cream! If not, add a tiny bit more oat milk and blend again.
2. Pour into a bowl and add the toppings. Enjoy!
