One of my absolute favorite breakfasts is smoothie bowl! Especially after a tough workout or a hot summer day when you’re craving something cold and refreshing. It’s filling, healthy and can easily be varied. This smoothie bowl tastes like chocolate, something that many of us loves. It’s almost like eating dessert for breakfast!


Ingredients: for 1 bowl
2 small frozen bananas
2.5dl almond milk
1 tbsp of raw cacao
2 pitted medjool dates
1/2-1 tbsp of peanut butter
Optional: add 1/2 tbsp chia seeds

Toppings: 
1/2 fresh banana
Fresh raspberries
Fresh fig
Shredded coconut
Cacao nibs
Home made granola
Home made chocolate date sauce
Fresh mint


Instructions: 
1. Add all the ingredients for the smoothie (not the toppings!) into a food processor or a high speed blender. Blend until creamy and smooth. 
2. Put the smoothie in a bowl and add your favorite toppings! 
Enjoy!
