Here in London, it’s getting colder and colder every day now. My way to handle winter is to make everything as cosy as possible. Today when I walked home from yoga I saw these cute cups and right away I knew I wanted them, to make gingerbread lattes! So I bought them and went straight to the supermarket to get spices. I know it’s only november but who cares, I think gingerbread lattes should be enjoyed all winter long!

For 2 lattes

2 cups oat milk
1/4 cup coconut milk
2 large espressos
1 tsp agave syrup
1.5 tsp gingerbread spice (make your own!)

1. Heat all ingredients together in a pan while stirring.
2. Strain through a siv while you pour it into cute cups. Add some extra milk foam directly in the glass if you’d like. (I only shake the milk carton to create the foam). Sprinkle some cinnamon or more gingerbread spice on top. Enjoy!

Gingerbread spice:
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp ground ginger
1 tbsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
