One of my favorite fruits is papaya. It reminds me of tropical summer and I just really love the taste. I found a nice one at the supermarket the other day and today I made a delicious smoothie bowl with it. A hint of summer on a cold winter day.

1 bowl

1/2 banana
1 small papaya or 1/2 a large one
2 cups frozen mango
100 ml of cashew milk
1 tbsp goji berries
1 tsp maca powder

Toppings I used:
Toasted coconut flakes

1. Put all ingredients, except the toppings, in a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Add more cashew milk if you need. Pour smoothie in a bowl and top with your favorite toppings.
