After a tough workout, I love this filling and delicious smoothie. It’s cold and satisfying when you have that lovely post workout feeling in your body. I like to add some extra pea protein powder in this shake, for muscle recovery. And the taste is just amazing, I will never get tired of peanut butter.


Ingredients:
2 frozen bananas
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp pea protein powder
3/4 cup plant milk (I use oat)
2 coconut milk ice cubes

The pea protein powder I always use is completely natural and unsweetened. It only has 1 ingredient which is peas. It has no flavor, so it’s perfect to add to smoothies and oats.

Instructions:
Add all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until you have a creamy smoothie.
