Creamy and ice-cold strawberry shake with a touch of coconut. And I just love the combination of strawberries and chocolate! It’s perfectly filling and quick to make, definitely a must try on a hot day or after a workout.


Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
2 cups frozen strawberries
1.5 cup plant milk (I use oat milk)
2 ice cubes of frozen coconut milk
2 pieces of vegan, dark chocolate (I use Lindt 90% cacao)
1 tbsp toasted coconut flakes

Instructions:
1. Place your serving glass in the fridge so it gets cold.
2. Melt chocolate and pour it sideways into the cold glass, set aside in the fridge while you make the shake. Save a tsp of the melted chocolate for later.
3. Add the frozen banana, frozen strawberries, frozen coconut milk and the plant milk in a high speed blender and blend until creamy and smooth.
4. Pour the shake in your glass. Top with toasted coconut flakes and melted chocolate.
