This is my homemade version of vegan parmesan cheese. It takes only one minute to make and it’s perfect to sprinkle on top of any pasta dish, salad or why not on your avocado toast. It tastes like cheese, I promise! Just toss the ingredients in a food processor or high speed blender and blend for a few seconds, you can store it in a airtight container in the fridge for a couple of days.
1/2 cup cashews
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp onion powder
1 ml salt
1. Add all ingredients into a food processor or high speed blender and blend for a couple of seconds.
