This breakfast can bring you some sunshine any day of the year. The coconut flavor from the yogurt together with fresh mango, passionfruit and raspberry tastes like summer to me. And it takes only five minutes to make. Perfect when you want to spoil yourself or someone special with a beautiful and delicious start of the day.

150 grams of plain organic coconut yogurt (dairy-free)
1/2 dl granola (home made or any type that you like) 
1/2 fresh mango
6 raspberries
1 passionfruit
1 tsp quinoa puffs
Fresh mint to garnish

1. Put all ingredients in a bowl. Start with the coconut yoghurt and then add the granola, mango and raspberries. Drizzle with fresh passionfruit, sprinkle with the quinoa puffs and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
